The Oracle Group has been appointed as the PR agency for Winkworth, one of the UK’s most established and respected estate agency networks, effective from June 2026.

Founded in 1835 by Henry Winkworth and originally operating from Curzon Street in the heart of Mayfair, the brand has nearly two centuries of heritage. Today, Winkworth comprises more than 100 proprietor-led offices across London, the country and coastal markets, serving a registered community of 175,000 buyers and tenants. Each franchisee operates as an independent professional with deep roots in their local neighbourhood, a model that has been refined since the business transitioned to franchising in 1981 under the leadership of Simon Agace, who acquired the business in 1974.
