The Oracle Group Maintains PRCA CMS Accreditation

We are delighted to announce that we have recently maintained our Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation by the PRCA for the sixth consecutive year. The accreditation demonstrates our consistent commitment to maintaining the best practices in the PR industry.

Designed to recognise PR excellence, the CMS assesses consultancies across nine core areas and we were scored on leadership & communication, business planning, business improvement, financial management & systems, campaign management, client satisfaction, new business people management and diversity. Receiving this award is therefore a reflection of our incredible leadership, investment in our employees and dedication to providing the best possible service for our clients.

Carol Magill, CMS Assessor for the PRCA comments: “Oracle PR provided evidence on financial management, diversity, communication, and leadership.  The financial reports demonstrate that this agency has a firm handle on costs and revenue and collate client income very regularly.  They use graphs to track their progress and see the state of play from 2021/22, a type of analysis that is vital during these challenging times.”

“Diversity was equally strong, with Oracle’s shared space facilitating disabled access and consideration for parental/carers changing work patterns. In addition, all staff are afforded flexible working with the provision that client engagement is not impacted.  On communication and leadership, the job descriptions outline core leadership competencies and there is regular forward planning and an annual appraisal process.”
