Harriet Bolt, social media director at The Oracle Group, comments: “Our housebuilder clients are waking up to the opportunities strategic yet creative social media campaigns present. Our industry is evolving, and people aren’t reading newspapers as much on their commute or taking in advertising as much as they used to – especially the newest wave of first-time buyers. Consumer behaviour has changed, with many people looking at social media for news, advice and inspiration.”

With a following of 319k on Instagram and 31k on YouTube, Property London captures the vibrant, prime property scene in London, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. From chic urban apartments to luxurious townhouses, the stylish property tours have attracted followers ranging from well-known footballers and other high earners to property enthusiasts and investors.  A combination of alluring property tours and market commentary has seen Property London form a highly engaged audience and collaborations with well-known property companies including Berkeley Homes, St George and Fine and Country.

Kevin Pitter creator of Property London comments: “Property London has become a voice of authority on social media and I’m excited to see how being represented by Influenced by Oracle will expand my opportunities. Having them as part of my team to define clear goals and expectations with a well-planned strategic approach will undoubtedly strengthen the brand and create more exciting collaborations.”

Alice McCutcheon, Creative Director at The Oracle Group, concludes: “As we grow, we’re excited to continue identifying and working with talented content creators and social storytellers like Property London.  We’ll be helping the channel develop its individual brand narrative and support its ambition to reach new audiences.  Influencer marketing has expanded significantly and our aim at Influenced by Oracle is to represent similar content creators who foster authentic connection and brand reputation.  This will allow us to bring value to the developers and agents they work with in a sector where trust is a hugely important component of the buying decision.”
