New phase launch at Windsor Apartments

The Aim: We were tasked by Latimer to create a campaign to mark the launch of a new phase of one-bedroom homes at Windsor Apartments in Battersea. Targeting potential first-time buyers, this campaign’s main objective was to highlight the development’s incredible zone 2 location, surrounded my numerous dining and drinking spots.

The Project: To promote the lifestyle on offer at Windsor Apartments, we partnered with vegan lifestyle blogger Isabella Sedgwick. A trendy, London-based influencer and a first-time buyer herself, Isabella’s colourful Instagram account, @issythevegan, focuses on planet friendly living in the capital.

We felt the campaign needed two strands; to showcase Windsor Apartments itself but also highlight the benefits of living in Battersea. We asked Issy to visit a selection of vegan eateries in the area and create a guide of the local vegan hotspots. She documented her experiences and created colourful engaging content from each restaurant, which included eating a takeaway Poke bowl in Battersea Park, which is a stone’s throw from the development. Issy then visited the show home at Windsor Apartments where she cooked a beautiful vegan meal in the kitchen and filmed a show home tour.

Issy posted her content to coincide with the launch weekend at Windsor Apartments, tagging the Latimer account and using relevant hashtags. As part of this campaign, Latimer was also able to use Issy’s content on its own social platforms.

The results:

Oracle secured a 3-page feature in First Time Buyer magazine which included an interview with Issy and details about Windsor Apartments.
