Brochures and Guides for Rendall & Rittner

The Aim

Sometimes a client can have multiple target audiences that they need to communicate with. Identifying these audiences can ensure that specific and relevant content can be created as an effective strategy for communicating with and marketing to each individual audience.

Rendall & Rittner offers a diverse range of services related to property management. With a portfolio of over 80,000 units across the UK, Rendall & Rittner works with a variety of clients including those in the later living sector and Resident Management Companies. We have therefore assisted Rendall & Rittner with the creation of a series of brochures, each targeted to a different audience, as well as a comprehensive property management guide.

The Project

Over the past year, we have worked with Rendall & Rittner to create a series of brochures and guides, each with its own purpose. For example, Rendall & Rittner has created an RMC/RTM brochure that outlines the services most relevant to a Resident Management Company/Right to Manage audience, as well as a later living brochure that focuses on the unique approach needed for work in this sector.

The brochures are hosted on the Rendall & Rittner website but are also ready to easily send to prospective clients via email. Having different brochures for different services not only ensures that prospective clients can clearly identify the information that is most relevant to them without needing to search for it, but also highlights that Rendall & Rittner understands that different clients have different needs and is able to tailor its approach to reflect this.

Each brochure and guide has been created in keeping with Rendall & Rittner’s branding ensuring cohesion with other marketing materials and enhancing brand visibility. As well as comprehensive information, brochures feature photos of Rendall & Rittner staff, developments worked on and logos for awards won. There are also links to contact information and to LinkedIn, prompting readers to get in touch with the team.

Example: Property Management Guide

We have also recently helped Rendall & Rittner create a ‘Guide to Property Management’ to outline the essential aspects of property management. Whilst there are many complexities to the roles of those working in property management and the work undertaken will reflect the uniqueness of each scheme, we produced an eleven-page digital guide that provides an overview of a range of topics from leasehold to the types of services offered.

Reflecting the same branding as used for existing Rendall & Rittner brochures, the guide provides general guidance and information that will help RTMs to make decisions about the right property management company for them. The guide is aimed at increasing understanding, whilst also identifying Rendall & Rittner as an industry expert.

At the end of the guide, an interactive checklist has been included allowing readers to score any property management companies that they are considering. This provides a practical feature for those comparing multiple companies.
