We recently secured another brilliant example of “right place, right time” press coverage, this time in The Sunday Times Magazine. The feature centred on a case study from Hollymead Square in Newport, Essex, the UK’s largest Zero Bills™ development, delivered in partnership with our client The Hill Group and Octopus Energy.

Our case study focused on Frank and Caroline Young, who were searching for a new home where they could put down roots as a growing family. Relocating from Surrey, they were also looking for a home that was close to their son’s new school, part of a thriving community, and in an area that Frank already knew well from his childhood in Newport. This placement was several months in the making; we had a compelling human‑interest story, but we knew it needed the right angle and the right opportunity to truly resonate with national press.

In PR, patience is often a virtue. That proved true when The Sunday Times began looking for a “second‑stepper” story, and the Youngs were the perfect fit. Hollymead Square offered everything they needed for the next stage of their lives, while the Zero Bills™ proposition added a compelling, future‑focused angle that elevated the story even further.

We coordinated the interview and supplied the journalist with high‑quality, press‑ready photography that showcased both the family and the exceptional design of the homes. The imagery also aligned perfectly with the style‑led focus of the supplement, helping the feature land seamlessly on the page.

Securing national coverage in The Sunday Times Magazine is a significant achievement for our clients. With an average reach of nearly half a million readers across the UK, this feature puts Hill and Hollymead Square in front of a highly engaged, influential audience.
