John offers a broad range of experience in residential development having held MD and Sales and Marketing Director positions for PLC companies and SMEs. Through this he developed a thorough understanding of key business drivers; product design, brand, service and reputation. In the last few years John has been working in an advisory capacity to SME Boards in the sector.
Joe is Managing Director and Founder of UK Business Mentoring (UKBM) a company formed in 2009. Joe’s background in banking brings over thirty years of experience in the corporate world, providing not only mentoring and coaching but a different perspective to help improve performance and business growth.
